Doors Open & BBQ Buffet: 6:30 PM
Live Entertainment: 8:00 PM (unless otherwise noted)
We encourage guests to bring:
Lawn chairs
Blankets
Our complimentary BBQ Buffet Dinner is one of the highlights of the evening and typically includes:
• BBQ Ribs
• Chicken Francese
• Grilled Chicken
• Eggplant Rollatini
• Pasta
• Sausage & Peppers
• Fresh Seasonal Vegetables
• Corn
• Green Salad
• Macaroni Salad
• Hamburgers and Hot Dogs fresh off the grill
• Fresh Rolls
Please note that menu items may vary from event to event based on availability and the chef's selections. While favorites are often repeated, the buffet is ultimately the chef's choice, making every Friday night a little different.
We also typically have an ice cream vendor on the premises for guests to purchase dessert.
Putnam County Golf Course is well known for our Friday Night BBQs, and the live music is a big part of the experience.
In the event of inclement weather:
Some events may be moved indoors. We make this announcement on our social media pages by 3:00 PM on the day of the event. Be sure to follow us on Facebook and Instagram.
Indoor seating is always limited. If you want to see a particular band, don't wait to purchase your tickets.
The BBQ will proceed as scheduled and will not be canceled.
You do not need to bring chairs to indoor events; we have tables and chairs ready for you.
If inclement weather is forecasted, the event may be moved indoors. A change of venue from outdoors to indoors does not qualify for a refund.
If Putnam County Golf Course cancels an event for any reason, all ticket holders will receive a full refund.

Table reservations are available for large groups of 8 or more people.
All tickets for your group must be purchased before a table can be reserved.
Table reservations cannot be made on the day of the event and must be arranged in advance.

Yes! Our balcony is available for private parties of 50–100 guests (50-person minimum).

No. Tailgating is not permitted on the property.
No. Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
Bags will be checked at the entrance.
Yes. Free parking is available on-site for all guests.
Golden Ticket Events are select concerts that feature higher entertainment and production costs than our standard Summer BBQ Series events.
Standard Event Tickets: $37 + tax
Golden Ticket Event Tickets: $47 + tax
These special events often include nationally recognized acts, larger productions, or enhanced entertainment experiences.
Any event designated as a Golden Ticket Event will be clearly identified on our Eventbrite page and promotional materials.
Yes! Children are welcome at our Summer BBQ Series events.
Children ages 12 and under are half price at the door.
All children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
